Republican pride!

It's no secret that I'm pretty conservative.   While I may be more conservative than the Republican party, I still identify with their platform and am PROUD of it!  Remember these shirts that I made the kids to wear on election day last year?  These were the shirts that they begged for- yes, my children are taking after their mother in their political interests.  Well, after one of Kate's friends asked for one, and several of her teachers asked about them, I decided to put them up for sale in my Etsy shop!

Newsies!

I've been sewing up a storm lately- mostly to stock my shop before the kids are let loose from school in 9 days.  Oh, my head is reeling!  I'm not ready, but that doesn't matter because the school is- and so are they!

I'm so excited to share with you my newest creations, but I've not been able to get Blogger to upload any of my pictures.  It's dead as a door nail.  Sigh.  BUT... I'll link you to my Etsy shop so you can see for yourself!  I'll do a proper post on them when I'm able to upload pics, but I was just too excited not to share!

So, what's newsie?  Felt paper dolls!  You remember the paper ones that rip and wear out, right?  Well, these don't, and that's what makes them so great!  There's also lots of new headbands, loveys (mini baby blankies), a super cute chevron baby bubble, and a pleated purse that is to die for!  That's the picture of mine that I carry everyday and receive so many compliments.  And of course, I'm always up for custom orders, so if you see something you like, and would like it in a different fabric, just holler and I'll whip it up!
